We care for and maintain our herd on a daily basis.  We feel it is essential that all animals used for collection be healthy and under very little stress. TIMBER VALLEY FRESH SCENT 100% DOE URINE is simply the freshest deer urine available on the market today.  This deer attractant is collected and bottled twice daily in our new state of the art facility, and is shipped within days of bottling.  All of our deer scent products are kept cool from the time they leave the doe thru bottling and all during shipment.  We do not freeze any of our deer attractant products. All of our 100% Fresh Urine products have no additives. The two most important factors in keeping a product fresh is reducing bacterial growth and slowing decomposition of urea into ammonia. To accomplish this, we keep the urine at a temperature of approximately 35° F. Low temperatures inhibit bacterial growth and slow the decomposition rate. Some companies prefer to freeze their urine products. We feel the freezing and thawing process degrades the quality of the complex organic molecules in the urine. We own and care for daily all deer used for urine collection. We feel it is crucial that deer are handled in a calm manner and receive the care needed to be in top physical shape. Some companies do not even own one deer. How can they make any claims whatsoever? Here at Timber Valley Fresh Scent we collect and bottle urine twice per day to help keep the products as fresh and as bacteria free as possible.
